Shipping and Returns
We offer free 3 day shipping on all US orders. Overnight shipping is available for $60. Expedited shipment to Alaska and Hawaii upon request. Orders shipping to New York will be charged sales tax.
Returns & Exchanges
We are a New York atelier that makes your items to order. If you decide to return or exchange an item, there is a $75 restocking fee per item returned. If you are unsure of your size, please ask us about sending a similar item to try for size. We will send it to you with a return label at our expense. All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service at 646.481.7360 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return label.

After your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account. If you provided your email address, we will keep you informed of when we receive and process your return. Of course, please feel free to call if you have any questions.
All sale products are Final Sale. When an item is final sale we do not allow returns unless an item is received damaged.
